The three machines I currently call mine are:
* An old school Singer, a beast of a machine that my grandma salvaged from someone's curb and I inherited from her in December. After a trip to the Singer shop for a tune up, she is ready to work!
* A basic Brother machine that gets the job done and will be used primarily to teach my daughter and niece how to sew this year. Not my favorite but the one I loan when someone wants to "borrow my machine".
* My brand new queen of the craft room, a Singer Futura XL400, which will be here ANY. DAY. NOW. **I am just a tad bit excited, can you tell?** Can't wait to embroider any and everything I can get my hands on!
I have spent the last few days organizing my fabrics, stocking up on thread and notions, and pinning idea after idea on my Pinterest board. Gearing up for a successful year of sewing, spending time with my daughter and niece, and posting cool crafts.
